The mother of all phoenixes

And the biggest of all my phoenixes revived from the ashes a while ago and  I couldn't say anything so stunned I was.
It wasn't a date, I was with a friend and he sprouted out  of nowhere into the pub, invited himsel to our table and there I was, ten years in the past. He was nice and such, tried to hold my hand.... but something was missing, I'm not the smartest in the bunch but even I could tell there was something  wrong  there. We talked for ours! Then I went home and checked his facebook status: in a relationship. BINGO!  And the sunofabitch couldn't even hmm meeeeention it during the hours we spent blabbing at that  pub? GRRŔ Hell has no fury as a woman... what does Shakespeare say again? "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned"
